ACC trustees approve the purchase of the Pinnacle building just west of the “Y” in Oak Hill. ACC transforms the 10-story building into a campus serving the southwest portion of the college’s service area.
The building was constructed for $8 million; ACC paid $2.8 million, and another $218,000 for nine acres adjacent to the building.
