ACC will be hosting a symposium for Hispanic Heritage Month from September 12 to 14. Additionally, the ACC Drama Department is producing the world premiere of a brand new musical APPEAL: The Story of Mexican American Civil Rights Attorney Gus Garcia by ACC faculty Amparo Garcia-Crow. The musical runs from October 11 to 27.

The Art Galleries (TAG) at Austin Community College is pleased to announce the Fall 2024 exhibition, Reflection and Renewal: Chican(x)Futurism in Texas. Building on the history of Chicano/a artworks of past decades, the four artists in this exhibition blend Indigenous cultural references with sci-fi and tech-based narratives to relocate Mexican-American identities. This exhibition will be on view in Gallery 2000, ACC Highland Campus from September 23-December 12, 2024.

to attend the 2024 HACU ¡Adelante! Leadership Institute at
the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center, Aurora,
CO. This includes event registration, airfare, lodging, and
some meals. Must be present to win.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 2.5 GPA
- Undergraduate and graduate students enrolled at
a HACU-Member Institution in the Austin area
(Yes, ACC is a HACU-Member Institution) - Open to all majors
